Why Choose Me?

I am a Master’s level, Registered & Certified Physician Assistant.

I graduated from  SUNY Downstate Medical School in 1994 and I have over 30 years of comprehensive

medical and surgical experience.  I also attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where my undergraduate

coursework as a Fine Art major provided the framework essential to my aesthetic vision.  In my 30 plus year career

I have worked with numerous plastic surgeons, physicians and aesthetic professionals,

who rely on me to care for their patients and clients.  Together with Dr. Eric Roth we create the perfect environment for your care.

When I was 28 years old I had an accident while rollerblading which required I undergo plastic surgery to repair my upper lip, twice.

At the time of the second operation, Dr. Lawrence Linder, suggected I consider having my lips tattooed as a means of greater defining my vermillion border, and thereby hiding some of the accident and surgical scars.   I thought Dr. Linder was crazy!

After about a year, I decided to explore the procedure.  Luckily for me,

I found a terrific practitioner who was able to meet all of my expectations.

She also ignited a spark in me to pursue getting trained in it as an addendum to my physician assistant practice.

I trained at the internationally acclaimed Beau Institute of Permanent & Corrective Cosmetics in 2008, where I received a comprehensive education in the art of medical, corrective and cosmetic micro-pigmentation.  I am also a board Certified Permanent Permanent Cosmetic Professional by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.  I have studied and been certified under some of the most prestigious practitioners in the industry.  I believe the key to success is to stay relevant, and the way to remain relevent is through eduction.  My extensive education coupled with my exceptional visual talent provide my patients with not only the highest quality medical services, but the artistic perspective to create the most enhancing and positive outcome.

But there is so much more to me.......I am a wife to a wonderful man I adore, a mom to two terrific boys, that challenge and teach me everyday, an avid animal lover and an equestrian.  In my free time you can find me at the barn riding my horse, Rodey and competing in Reined Cow Horse competitions across the country.

Why did I join this profession?
